Wow did they really take down my review? Here we go again lol. This place is overpriced and the people you deal with are super controlling and are lacking a good bit of customer service skills. You can't even put in A.C without them having control over that too despite the fact you own the home. Dont waste your time with them. Oh and if you're sure about going there anyway, make sure you have good credit. I was going to buy a home in cash but because I dont use credit cards, therefore I dont have a credit score, I wasn't able to be approved to lease the land. Tried to reason with them but all they did was push me to someone else who was just as un helpful.
